We offer many different styles and levels of classes including flow and yin yoga, tai chi and chi quong, acro yoga, yoga for climbers, and more. MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS
Ashley Arnold: Ashley has been a dancer for most of her life and a runner for over a dozen years. She started practicing yoga—though sporadically–about 10 years ago. It wasn’t until 2014 that she started to hone in a more consistent practice. When she delved deeper into yoga—past simply the physical side—her life and the way she lived it, started to change. She moved to Asheville from Colorado and received her RYT-200 from the Asheville Yoga Center in 2016. Ashley combines fluid elements of dance with alignment and strength in her asana practice.
NEW CLASSES BEING OFFERED by Ashley Starting May 9th
- Yoga for athletes. An all levels class built to make you stronger, more flexible and more balanced athlete. Wednesdays from 12 – 1:15.
- Aha Movement. A movement class inspired by hatha yoga, dance and running, designed to create balance through a unique combination of catch+release, free form movement, strength-building postures and stillness and meditation. Sundays 5:30 – 6:45.
Cassandra Parisi dedicates her energy to the Total Body Workout experience. She is a certified Turbo Kick Live instructor focused on the importance of leading a Happy and Healthy lifestyle. Originally from Connecticut, she brings the energy and drive of the New England area. Turbo Kick combines a high-energy workout with a party-like feel! It’s a mixture of Boxing, Kick Boxing, Martial Arts and Dance. It’s the ultimate cardio knockout with specially designed strength sections. Movements are safe with modifications for low impact. Tai Chi and Chi Quang Fridays @ 4:30pm
Center the Mind and Body. Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art and system of calisthenics, consisting of sequences of very slow controlled movements.
Cynthia Simms 200hr RYT:
Cynthia’s Buti yoga class is a high-intensity workout that fuses yoga, plyometrics and tribal dance. Each class consist of deep stretching, shaking, spiraling and heart pounding cardio. Every class is different and she always brings an amazing playlist. Cynthia started practicing yoga in 2003 and found Buti yoga in 2014. She immediately fell in love with Buti yoga and the freedom that it created within her body, it left her feeling energized, strong and with the most excitement about any fitness/yoga class. She has been teaching Buti yoga since 2015 and is passionate about sharing the method with other women. Cynthia is also a Registered Nurse who believes in bringing overall balance of cleansing your mind and body to bring forth healing. Empower your workout, connect, sweat and awaken the power within. Tara Noll is a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Massage of Asheville. She is a graduated of the The Finger Lakes School of Massage located in Ithaca, NY. She graduated with over 1,000 hours of in depth training. Tara has been practicing licensed massage since 2007. She is fully insured and is licensed in the both the states of North Carolina and New York as well as Nationally Certified. She specializes in therapeutic massage as well as sports massage.
